Similar Books? Anthony Horowitz, Alex Rider?

I've read the Alex Rider series of books to my younger siblings by Anthony Horowitz. I'm now starting to read the Diamond Brothers books. My siblings really like the action, suspense, and, in the Diamond Brother books, the humor.

I was wondering if anyone might recommend books that fall into a similar genre (or similar authors). Something with mystery, action, suspense, etc., but suitable for kids. I am starting the Hardy Boys books, but I didn't realize how dated they were when I read them when I was little! (Don't get me wrong, the books are good but the "swells" and "chums" start to get to you after awhile :) )

Somewhere in the past I ran into a website that allowed you to type in authors or titles and returned similar books. I can't seem to find it. If anyone knows what the site is, please let me know.

Thanks!!!
